The court of the Missouri follows the employment at will policy. Let me tell you that the Missouri court follows the employment at will policy. This means that an employee is not sure that when he will loose the job. This is definitely a big dilemma for the employee. Suppose they walk into the office in the morning and they are informed by the security staffs that they are fired then how will they feel.

It is quite sure that they will be very sad but rules are rules. Nobody can break the law. However you might feel that there are so many drawbacks in this rule but there is one advantage as well. There is no notice period policy. This means that the employee can also leave the job whenever they like. This is definitely a very big thing for an employee.
