Those employees are subjected to be at will who are not working according to the points which are being laid in the contract. The reason due to which the employer is firing you should not be illegal. Hence it seems as if this law is in favor of the employees.

2. Work place safety
Let me tell you that as far as the work place safety is concerned, the employee can anonymously complain about the work place condition. The employee has the right to refuse to work if they find out that the work place condition is not good for the health. If their life is in danger then they can definitely complain to the employer. The employer will definitely have to make sure that they get everything in correct order.
