As far as the numbers of hours are concerned, a child is allowed to work for four hours only during the school days. During the other days and holidays then can work for 8 hours.
3. Rules for the Women employees
There are some strict laws related to women. Let me tell you one thing that if any employer or the employee is found to be linked in the sexual harassment of any women then he will be severely punished. They should definitely make sure that they do not indulge in such activities; otherwise severe action might be taken against them.
