Some of the state labor laws are as under:

    1. Federal minimum wage and Unemployment rate

Hence you can say that the condition of Georgia is slightly of concern. However the state government is doing all the things in order to reduce the unemployment rate.

    2. Child labor
Believe it or not more than 80% students work part time for their pocket money. This is considered to be a good habit. But the government is always concerned about their health. Hence the children are not allowed to work in the industries where there is some unfriendly environment. If the condition is bad for health then the child is not allowed to work. Most of them are found to work in the shops where their health is not affected. They are found selling the newspaper. They can also be found in the ice cream parlors, fast food corners as well as pizza corners. All of these places are quite good for health.

As far as the numbers of hours are concerned, a child is allowed to work for four hours only during the school days. During the other days and holidays then can work for 8 hours.
