If any employee is found to work for more than 40 hours then he will be paid the extra money. The rate will be decided according to the contract.

3. Employment at will
Let me tell you one thing that the employer cannot throw you out of the office for any illegal reasons. The reason is considered to be legal or illegal according to the contract which the employee signs. Once you sign the contract then you will have to make sure that you follow all the points of the employment contract failing which will lead you to become the victim of the employment at will.  This is definitely a very important rule and in fact it is the most important. Let me tell you one thing that as an employer you will have to make sure that you ask your juniors to paste the labor law posters. This is done in order to make sure that all the labor force comes to know about their rights.
